I loved staying here because it was just a few steps to the stunning Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden where I enjoyed peaceful walks amidst nature, and I also found myself only a short stroll from the vibrant Ben Thanh Market, which was perfect for grabbing some local snacks and souvenirs.

The hotel and rooms are clean and modern.

I specifically arranged for an early check-in, but instead of accommodating my request, they suggested an upgrade to a bigger room only to abruptly double the price mid-transaction. That was incredibly frustrating after being a loyal guest previously. Additionally, was it too much to expect soundproofing? The noise from the nightlife made it hard to get a good night's sleep!

my stay at m hotel saigon was fantastic! the location is very near a big mall, making everything so convenient. the room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly polite. i appreciated how they packed breakfast for us since we had an early flight, a service you rarely see in hotels.

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, especially smoked meat. However, the noise from the nightlife was quite distracting, making it hard to relax at times. Additionally, while the room was well-maintained, some minor ventilation issues detracted from the overall comfort.

The lobby's expansive layout with its modern decor made me feel welcomed like a gentle hug, and the easy accessibility throughout made navigating the hotel a breeze, perfect for those leisurely strolls of ours.

More soundproofing in the rooms would be nice.
